BODY

BODY is a raw, hyper-intimate experimental documentary tracking a three-year ritual of self-surveillance. Compiling more than 200 video clips captured almost daily within the suffocating confines of a small dorm room, the film documents a singular, repetitive action: the filmmaker walking from the door to a camera resting on a window sill.

Born out of the grip of body dysmorphia and deep-seated physical insecurities, the project transforms a private obsession into a profound public interrogation of the self. Clothed in changing daily outfits, and at times completely exposed, the filmmaker’s changing physical form becomes a canvas for psychological warfare. Through its relentless, rhythmic repetition, BODY strips away the curated armor of the digital age to expose the exhausting, cyclical patterns of how we look at, judge, and live inside our own skin.

FOOD

FOOD is a plunderphonic, flavorful sonic landscape that treats audio sampling as a form of cross-cultural ethnography. Moving fluidly through the psychogeography of taste, memory, and identity, the album translates the culinary into the auditory, mapping specific dishes to complex, hybrid musical ecosystems.

Tagline

YAKISOBA

Tracing the trajectory from a childhood fascination with Japanese culture to a deep-rooted, almost obsessive cultural and linguistic dedication, Yakisoba is a vibrant auditory montage. It weaves the lively, atmospheric sounds of traditional street festivals with intimate, human layers of laughs and hums, creating a nostalgic yet intense reflection on how early interests consume and shape our identities.

CHICKEN WING

A raw narrative charting the visceral journey of a chicken from the cage to the stomach. Chicken Wing tackles this grim reality by strategically burying its truth beneath heavy, hypnotic trap beats, a metaphor for how society constructs comfortable, synthetic veils to mask the often brutal realities of modern consumption.

CURRY RICE

A rich, multicultural tapestry that blends traditional Indonesian soundscapes with sweeping violins and free-flowing jazz elements. Curry Rice is the auditory equivalent of pure, unadulterated comfort, a complex stew of genres that evokes profound culinary bliss, capturing everything from cultural synergy to the anticipatory rumble of a hungry stomach awaiting a warm meal.

PANTA BHAT

An intimate, rhythmic love letter to Bengali heritage and a household staple. Grounded in the powerful sounds of Indian dhol and tabla rhythms, Panta Bhat serves as a deeply personal sonic time capsule. It captures the warmth and safety of a core childhood memory: the simple, profound joy of a mother feeding her child Panta Bhat on a hot summer day.

dunia

dunia is a four-part instrumental journey that bridges cultural identity with the natural world. The album explores the elemental forces through the distinct lens of Bengali heritage, drawing on its rich, rhythmic, and melodic influences to craft a purely emotional narrative. Divided into four distinct tracks, the project assigns an elemental focus to each song. Together, they form a unified exploration of exactly how our environments and our roots shape the way we feel.
